Our corporate structure is headed by Ankith Srinivasan, who holds an M.S. in International Business from Birmingham University, equipping him with a strong foundation in the industry and strategic business development. With a proven track record in sales and networking, he has successfully built and nurtured valuable business relationships, driving growth and expanding market reach.
Nitin Parikh serves as a Financial Advisor to the Board, bringing nearly 40 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. His deep expertise spans corporate finance, risk management, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance. His strategic insights and industry acumen make him an invaluable asset in steering the company toward long-term financial stability and success.
K. Balamurali brings along with him over 40 years of experience in the interior industry, having worked with prestigious firms such as JLL and Equis. His deep industry knowledge, combined with his leadership capabilities, has enabled him to navigate the evolving market and deliver exceptional results for prominent clients.
R. Srinivasan, brings over 35 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. With a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale projects, he has successfully executed over 3 million square feet of interior fit-outs for major corporate clients. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Mr.Srinivasan continues to lead the company toward new heights of innovation and growth in the competitive fit-out market.
Arjun Srinivasan – Director, is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the interior industry with vast knowledge in marketing and business development. He completed his aeronautical engineering before pursuing further studies in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the prestigious London School of Business and Finance. Arjun’s diverse skill set combines technical knowledge with a keen understanding of market dynamics, enabling him to drive strategic initiatives and foster growth in the competitive interior industry.
R. Vaidyanathan - Executive Director is a seasoned leader with 30+ years in Facility Management, Value Engineering, and Organizational Strategy. A CFMP and FMP certified by DNV, he is known for his client-focused, results-driven approach.
He has led workplace transformations for top multinationals and Indian corporates, blending innovation with execution. As an entrepreneur in infrastructure and interiors, he continues to deliver impactful, efficient workspace solutions.
